John was so helpful prior to the event helping me decide which auction items should remain in silent auction or go live. He is a terrific auctioneer and handled all the details. He was flexible and when we had a couple of large silent auction items that didn’t sell, he quickly added them to the live auction and they sold immediately. John helped us acquire our dream lakefront property in 2022.
